John Lester
Business Development Director Square Mile Investment Consulting and Research Limited John is responsible for business development, with a particular focus on the UK and cross border adviser and life communities. John joined Square Mile from Investec Asset Management where he held the position of Sales Director, Strategic Partnerships. He has over 25 years’ experience in financial services having started his career in banking before leading sales teams within various Life Investment, Platform and Asset Management firms. He has worked extensively with financial advisers and life companies in the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Far East and South Africa and is included in the IA100 list of influencers in the international wealth and advisory sector. John holds a BSc degree in Strategy and Economics, the Certificate in Financial Planning (CII), he is a member of the PFS and the Institute of Directors.
